IWD2025: Celebrating the Inspiring Women of Giant Digital
This International Women’s Day, we’re proud to celebrate the talented and inspiring women who help make Giant Digital what it is. Across all areas of the business—including senior leadership, accounts, marketing, finance, project management, and our production studio—they bring passion, innovation, and dedication to everything they do.
We are privileged to work alongside some of the best in the industry, and today we recognise their achievements, impact, and the invaluable contributions they make every day.
But this isn’t just about today – we’re committed to supporting women at every stage of their journey with us. Whether it’s through Leadership & Management qualifications, mentorship programmes, industry membership and events, award nominations, motherhood or simply being there for life’s big moments, we’re here to champion their success. Because when women thrive, we all win.

Since joining Giant Digital in 2023, Gaby’s been transforming our approach to design, and creating stunning websites that help charities amplify their impact.
Passionate about accessibility and inclusion, Gaby crafts digital experiences that truly connect with people. Her talent in UX and product design hasn’t gone unnoticed—she was nominated for ‘Rising Star of the Year’ at the prestigious 2023 Women in Tech Awards.
For Gaby, it’s all about making a difference—big or small – and she is inspired by women like Giovanna Fletcher, who champions raising awareness around breast cancer for men and women through her work with CoppaFeel and using her social media for good.

Kelly has been part of Giant Digital since 2013, and let’s be honest—what she doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing! With years of experience and a passion for problem-solving, Kelly plays a huge role in delivering impactful projects that help our clients drive real change in the world.
For Kelly, it’s all about making a difference. She’s motivated by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that supports charities and ethical organisations, knowing that every project has the potential to create lasting impact.
She’s constantly inspired by the incredible women she works alongside every day, but one of her biggest inspirations is Katherine Johnson—the brilliant mathematician whose groundbreaking work at NASA helped send astronauts into space. Kelly admires the way she broke down barriers for women and underrepresented communities in a historically male-dominated field, proving that talent, determination, and courage can change the world.

Since joining Giant Digital in 2020, Lally has been a powerhouse in transforming how we work—leading the way across project management, account management and our studio. She’s also been a driving force behind some of our biggest achievements, like our B-Corp accreditation, and is incredibly proud of the recognition we’ve earned for fostering a strong company culture and embedding our values into everyday work.
For Lally, it’s all about people—seeing them grow, push their limits, and support one another through both wins and challenges. She believes true strength comes from within the team, and she’s passionate about creating a culture where everyone thrives.
As an inspiring leader herself, Lally is an admirer of Kim Scott’s work. Lally says “Radical Candor and Radical Respect are must-reads for anyone stepping into leadership. Kim Scott speaks directly to the challenges women face as leaders and offers practical techniques for speaking up—not just for yourself, but for the women following in your footsteps. It’s essential reading, especially in our industry, where women remain significantly underrepresented.”

Mel’s been part of the Giant Digital family since 2022, and after taking some time off to welcome her baby boy in 2023, she’s back and leading the way in all things marketing.
With over 10 years experience in charity and digital (and a knack for shaking things up!), Mel is passionate about helping organisations make a real impact. She’s all about driving change for charities, people, and the planet.
Mel finds inspiration in incredible women leading the way—like Aisling Duffy, Chief Executive of Certitude, who received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2022 National Learning Disability and Autism Awards.

Amanda has been keeping things running smoothly at Giant Digital since 2014, making sure our production and engineering studio is always on point.
Amanda thrives on bringing people together, bridging the gap between different disciplines, and creating strong collaboration across teams. She loves learning about what motivates her colleagues and finding ways to support them in doing their best work. With an engineering background and a natural problem-solving mindset, Amanda is a true force behind the scenes.
Amanda is especially inspired by working mums who are mastering the juggling – proving that you can have a career, a family and an identity beyond ‘being mum’. She admires supportive workplaces that help women strike that balance, empowering them to thrive in both their careers and family life.

Since joining Giant Digital in 2019, Kelly has been the backbone of our finance dept, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
But for Kelly it’s not just about the numbers, it’s about people. She takes great pride in our strong teamwork culture – even in a fully remote environment she values the deep connections that make Giant Digital feel like a true community. Whether it’s a quick chat or problem-solving session, Kelly loves knowing she can reach out to anyone on the team and feel instantly connected.
Beyond her role in finance, Kelly is a passionate advocate for women and a firm believer in lifting others up. But one of her biggest sources of inspiration? Her daughter. Shortly after Kelly joined Giant Digital, her daughter faced health challenges—an experience that changed Kelly’s perspective on strength and determination. Watching her daughter’s strength fuels Kelly’s own drive, reminding her every day to keep pushing forward, no matter what obstacles arise.
